Thief steals millions of baht and secured safe in Pran Buri
A thief stole a secured safe and several valuables worth millions of baht from the home of a foreign businessman and his wife in the Wang Phong subdistrict of Pran Buri, Prachuap Khiri Khan.
The burglary was discovered by a housekeeper who found signs of forced entry near a bathroom door and a cut mosquito net. The perpetrator managed to rip a safe, which was bolted to a wall and door, completely out of the house.
Stolen items include 14 designer bags, gold jewelry, a luxury watch, and several important documents, including land title deeds, vehicle registration for a Toyota C-HR, an electric car, and a motorcycle. Additionally, two German passports, one Thai passport, several checks, and house keys were taken.
Police are currently investigating the scene for fingerprints and reviewing local CCTV footage. The homeowner has offered a reward for information leading to an arrest and has requested that local pawn shops and second-hand dealers remain vigilant regarding the stolen goods.
