Thierry Henry and Kate Scott to host 2026 Ballon d'Or

Thierry Henry and Kate Scott have been confirmed as the co-hosts for the 2026 Ballon d'Or awards ceremony. The event, marking the 70th anniversary of the prestigious awards, will be held at the London Palladium Theatre on Monday, October 26.

Henry, a former French international and Arsenal legend, will make his debut in this role, replacing Ruud Gullit. He will be joined by British presenter Kate Scott, who has previously hosted the ceremony three times. The duo frequently works together on CBS Sports Golazo.

The ceremony is organized by France Football in partnership with UEFA and will recognize outstanding performances in both men’s and women’s football for the 2025-26 season. This marks the first time the ceremony will be held in London, a location chosen to honor English football legend Stanley Matthews, the inaugural Ballon d'Or winner.
