Thierry Henry lists Soho penthouse for $25 million
Former professional soccer player Thierry Henry and his partner, Andrea Rajacic, have relisted their Soho penthouse in Manhattan for $25 million. The residence is located at 39 Crosby Street.
The approximately 6,086-square-foot property spans three levels and includes five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two powder rooms. It features roughly 3,400 square feet of private outdoor space, including terraces with views of the Hudson River, the Brooklyn Bridge, and the Williamsburg Bridge.
Henry originally purchased the penthouse and the apartment below for $14.85 million in 2010 when he joined the New York Red Bulls. The couple later combined the units into a single residence and renovated the interiors. After Henry retired from professional soccer in 2014, the couple relocated to London but maintained the Manhattan property for occasional use.
