Thistle Resources and Scandium Canada report progress in mineral exploration
Thistle Resources has reported significant assay results from trench sampling at its Brunswick Antimony Project in New Brunswick. The company identified up to 14.4% antimony and 7.59oz silver. These results suggest a high-grade antimony-silver association, which the company notes distinguishes the project from other North American systems. Antimony is currently designated as a critical mineral in both Canada and the United States.
Separately, Scandium Canada has completed bulk sample drilling at the TG Zone of its Crater Lake scandium project in Nunavik, Québec. Following the completion of 19 holes totaling approximately 3,400 metres, the company has launched a new drilling campaign. This next phase aims to test a 1.5-kilometre mineralized corridor and includes extension drilling to increase the strike length of the current TG Zone.
