Thomas Muller undecided on professional future with Vancouver Whitecaps

Vancouver Whitecaps midfielder Thomas Muller has stated he has not yet decided whether to continue his professional soccer career following the conclusion of the current Major League Soccer season.

The 37-year-old German veteran noted that several factors influence his decision, including his personal situation, contract details, living arrangements, the team's perspective, and his physical condition. While he expressed feeling comfortable in Vancouver and maintaining a competitive drive, he stated there are “no concrete answers” at this time.

Muller joined the Whitecaps in August 2025 after a lengthy career with Bayern Munich. Since joining the club, he has recorded 15 goals and 10 assists in 28 regular-season appearances, contributing to the team's recent appearance in the MLS Cup final.
