Thomas Scott Limited Secures Exclusive Dockers License for India

Thomas Scott Limited (TSIL), a publicly listed Indian fashion company, signed a long‑term licensing agreement with ABG‑Dockers LLC, a subsidiary of Authentic Brands Group, to become the exclusive licensee for the Dockers brand in India. Under the deal TSIL will lead Dockers’ product design, development, manufacturing, distribution, retail and e‑commerce operations and has also been appointed a Global Designated Supplier, allowing it to produce Dockers items for the brand’s worldwide partner network.

The partnership will launch Dockers in India as a bottom‑wear‑focused lifestyle brand, starting with chinos, trousers and denim for men, women and children. The first collection is slated for the Autumn/Winter 2026 season and will be sold through a digital‑first strategy on dedicated online channels and major marketplaces, followed by exclusive brand outlets, shop‑in‑shop formats and multi‑brand retail. Over time the range will expand to shirts, T‑shirts, accessories, footwear and innerwear.

TSIL’s vertically integrated platform, which manages more than 50,000 SKUs across 15+ brands and operates four manufacturing facilities with a capacity of about 150,000 units per month, underpins the collaboration. The agreement highlights India’s growing importance as a strategic market for international fashion brands and as a competitive sourcing hub.
