Thorium Space debuts on NewConnect market

Thorium Space, a Polish satellite communication technology developer, has debuted on the NewConnect market. Following its introduction of approximately 2.46 million shares, the company's stock saw an initial increase of over 10 percent, reaching prices around 22.5 to 22.88 PLN.

The company focuses on developing SATCOM technologies, including antenna systems, telecommunications payloads, and custom ASIC designs. Thorium Space becomes the fourth space sector company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, joining Creotech Instruments, Scanway, and Liftero.

Through its recent public offering and previous share issuances, Thorium Space has raised significant capital to support business development. CEO Piotr Mierzejewski stated that the debut marks a new stage of responsibility, requiring regular reporting and transparent communication as the company works toward increasing the market readiness of its technologies.
