Thorium Space to debut on NewConnect in August 2026

Thorium Space, a deep-tech company specializing in satellite communication technologies, is set to debut on the NewConnect market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on August 25, 2026. The company will trade under the symbol THS, with a total of 2,460,169 shares introduced to trading.

Based in Wrocław, Thorium Space develops secure SATCOM systems for both civilian and military applications, targeting the defense sector and critical infrastructure operators within the European Union. The company’s technological focus includes proprietary integrated circuits (BFIC) for beamforming in the Ka-band and antenna arrays for ground terminals.

Thorium Space has recently strengthened its balance sheet through share issuances that raised approximately 34 million PLN and the conversion of roughly 9 million PLN in loans into equity. The company also collaborates with the European Space Agency (ESA) and has entered into a partnership with Creotech Instruments to integrate SATCOM technologies with the HyperSat platform.
