Three Fourth Solutions appoints Ishita Shah as VP of Global Expansion

Three Fourth Solutions (TFS) has appointed Ishita Shah as Vice President of Global Expansion to spearhead the company’s international growth strategy. Shah will lead market-entry initiatives, with an initial focus on Thailand and subsequent expansion across Southeast Asia.

In her new role, Shah is tasked with evaluating market feasibility, navigating regulatory and competitive landscapes, and developing go-to-market frameworks and local partnerships. She will work with the leadership team to build structured expansion roadmaps aligned with the company’s long-term global objectives.

Shah joins TFS with a background in scaling high-growth businesses, including previous experience at Zomato and Delhivery. Pragati Agarwala, a Partner at Three Fourth Solutions, noted that Shah’s ability to translate strategy into action will be vital as the agency builds its presence in new geographies.
