Three Friuli Venezia Giulia marinas win Blue Marina Awards 2026

Three tourist ports in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region have been honored at the Blue Marina Awards 2026. The recipients include Porto Turistico Marina Uno and D-Marin Punta Faro, both located in Lignano Sabbiadoro, as well as Shipyard & Marina Sant’Andrea in San Giorgio di Nogaro.

These facilities were recognized within the category of marinas for leisure boating. The awards were presented in Rome at the Chamber of Deputies during the closing ceremony of the fifth edition of the initiative. In total, 22 tourist ports and landings were recognized across Italy.

The selection process, conducted in partnership with ASSONAT-Confcommercio, utilizes over 40 performance indicators across six areas: environmental sustainability, energy and climate, innovation and digitalization, tourism and hospitality, inclusivity and accessibility, and safety and risk management. Evaluations are based on objective parameters and independent verification by the certification body RINA.
