Three injured in separate BR-101 accidents in Brazil

A beer‑laden truck collided with a guardrail on the BR‑101 near Capela, causing the vehicle to spill oil and partially block the highway. Three men were treated: the driver suffered a leg injury and the other two sustained minor wounds before being taken to hospital. Emergency services cleared the road after about two hours.

Later that night on the same highway near Tijucas, Santa Catarina, a stray horse entered the lane and was hit by a Jeep Compass, killing the animal. The crash injured three occupants, including digital influencer Ortiz, who suffered superficial cuts and required medical attention. The victims were reported to be in stable condition and the road was reopened after rescue crews arrived promptly.
