Three Tenors legacy celebrated through upcoming opera performances

The legacy of the legendary “Three Tenors” continues through various musical tributes and upcoming performances. In Riga, the Xiaomi Arena is set to host a significant concert on June 11, 2027, featuring two members of the original trio, Plácido Domingo and José Carreras. The event will include a symphony orchestra conducted by David Giménez and a choir of over 100 singers, performing celebrated operatic arias and duets.

In Germany, the program “Luciano – Drei Tenöre feiern eine Legende” honors the career of Luciano Pavarotti. This tribute features three young tenors—Johannes Groß, Oscar Marin, and Ricardo Marinello—performing works by composers such as Verdi, Puccini, and Donizetti. The ensemble has performed 70 concerts since 2022 and is scheduled for upcoming dates in Bad Hamm, Leverkusen, Grube, and Buchholz in der Nordheide.
