Three Turkish firms launch IPOs on Borsa Istanbul

Borsa Istanbul announced the commencement of trading for three companies this week. Golda Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. will have its 250 million‑TL nominal shares listed on the Main Market from 8 July 2026 under the code GOLDA.E with a base price of 9.20 TL.

Ekim Turizm Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. will list 832 million‑TL nominal shares, of which 162 million TL were offered, on the Star Market from 9 July 2026 under the code EKIM.E at a base price of 30.26 TL. The IPO attracted 1.59 times the planned allocation and was distributed to 707 851 investors.

İsvea Seramik ve Banyo Ürünleri Sanayi A.Ş. will see its 280 million‑TL nominal shares begin trading on the Main Market from 10 July 2026 under the code ISVEA.E at a base price of 20.90 TL. Together, the listings give investors new opportunities across food, tourism, and ceramics sectors.
