XCF Global, Southern Energy Renewables, and DevvStream have announced a definitive business combination agreement as part of a previously disclosed three-party merger to create a next-generation energy platform.

The platform will integrate SAF, green methanol, renewable products, environmental attribute monetization, and advanced energy infrastructure into a single, globally scalable platform, linking low-carbon fuel production with carbon credits and related instruments, and supporting long-term offtake commercialization.

The combined company aims to unify fuels, infrastructure, and environmental markets, enabling monetization of environmental attributes and long-term offtake arrangements across markets.
