Thrive Tribe Technologies enters NATO defence distribution deal with EAV

Thrive Tribe Technologies (ASX: 1TT) has entered into a three-year exclusive distribution agreement with Canadian defence supplier Effective Acceleration Ventures (EAV). The partnership aims to market Thrive Tribe’s WooBoard and REFFIND workforce and wellbeing platforms to military organisations and personnel across NATO member states.

Under the terms of the deal, EAV is responsible for market development, customer engagement, and navigating the procurement process. To maintain exclusivity, EAV must meet specific turnover thresholds: at least US$5 million by the end of the first year and at least US$15 million by the end of the second year. EAV will receive 20% of the revenue generated, while Thrive Tribe Technologies will retain 80% before costs.

EAV is an established Canadian defence contractor with experience in military logistics, talent acquisition, and procurement for aircraft and naval equipment. Thrive Tribe Technologies will manage the technical aspects of the agreement, including product configuration, licensing, hosting, and ongoing technical support.
