Thuduc House reminded by HoSE over delayed financial reporting

The Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) has issued a reminder to Thuduc House (TDH) regarding its failure to disclose its reviewed 2026 semi-annual financial statements in both Vietnamese and English.

According to Ministry of Finance regulations, large public companies must disclose reviewed semi-annual reports within a specific timeframe following the audit. As of September 4, 2026, Thuduc House had not met these disclosure requirements. HoSE has requested the company to strictly fulfill its reporting obligations to protect the interests of shareholders and investors.

In its consolidated financial report for the second quarter of 2026, Thuduc House recorded net revenue of over 69.5 billion VND, which represents a 3.9-fold increase compared to the same period last year.
