Thunder Bay and Tampa Bay host diverse cultural and musical events

Thunder Bay is hosting several community and cultural events from August 20 to 26. The Blues in the Ballpark festival at Port Arthur Stadium features international artists including Tom Lavin & The Legendary Powder Blues and Erja Lyytinen. Additionally, Fort William Historical Park will host Anishinaabe Keeshigun, a free event celebrating First Nations culture through a traditional Pow Wow, drum groups, and community feasts.

In the Tampa Bay area, events scheduled for August 20 to 23 include a performance by Starship at Ruth Eckerd Hall and a tribute to Supertramp at the Nancy & David Bilheimer Capitol Theatre. Music fans can also attend a co-headlining show by Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie at the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre. For art enthusiasts, the immersive exhibition ‘The Art of Banksy’ continues at the Straz Center.
