Thunder Rosa discusses Mia Khalifa training and AEW rivalry

AEW wrestler Thunder Rosa recently shared details regarding her past professional and personal interactions. She revealed that she once invited Mia Khalifa to her wrestling school in Texas after Khalifa had publicly criticized professional wrestling. The interaction resulted in a viral training video and Khalifa attending an independent wrestling show in Austin, where she reportedly helped promote the event by bringing guests.

Rosa also reflected on her intense 2021–2022 rivalry with AEW's Britt Baker. She admitted that there was “real heat” and genuine animosity between them behind the scenes during their feud, stating, “I hated her so much at the time.” While acknowledging the past conflict, Rosa noted that she now views the rivalry with different eyes, appreciating how their chemistry helped build the current state of the women's division.

Rosa is scheduled to appear on AEW Dynamite in Pittsburgh, where she will team with Hyan against Britt Baker and Persephone.
