Singer Thuy Tien and her husband, Cong Vinh, reside in a 300m² villa located in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. The couple, who married in late 2014, moved into the property shortly after their wedding.

In late 2021, the couple decided to renovate and upgrade their living space. Media reports indicate the renovation cost approximately 10 billion VND. The three-story villa features a modern, open design with a large garden, five bedrooms, and various functional areas including a living room, kitchen, reading room, karaoke room, and fitness area. Thuy Tien and Cong Vinh were personally involved in the design and interior decoration of the home.
