Thyllia Katsika defeats AO Platarias 2-1 in preseason friendly

Thyllia Katsika secured a 2-1 away victory against AO Platarias in their first preseason friendly match. The game, played under intense heat, featured goals from Christos Skandalis, who scored via a direct free kick in the 21st minute, and Angelos Pappas, who converted a placement shot following an assist from Meliggiotis in the 34th minute.

AO Platarias managed to score a consolation goal in the 73rd minute through a Mitzelos header following a free kick by Tsoutsis. The match served as a testing ground for the Katsika squad, managed by Giorgos Ladias, which included the trial of a young left back-half from Mali named Tonzu.
