Professional cyclist Thymen Arensman has demonstrated high-intensity training levels following his participation in the Tour de France. After a brief period of rest and family time in the Netherlands, including a criterium in Boxmeer, Arensman returned to his base in Andorra on August 9.

Another notable session involved a 144-kilometer ride with 1,800 meters of climbing, maintained at an average speed of 36 kilometers per hour.
