Tianhe District land parcels sold to Guangzhou Tianying Real Estate

Guangzhou Tianying Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (Yuexiu) has successfully acquired two land parcels (AT1003083 and AT1003084) located east of Daguan Road in the Tianhe District. The total transaction price reached approximately 2.48 billion yuan, representing a premium rate of about 15.88%.

This transaction marks the first successful land auction in Guangzhou following the recent “828” policy updates. The bidding process saw participation from four major enterprises, including Yuexiu, Poly, Zhushi, and Tianhe High-tech.

The site is situated in the central part of Tianhe Wisdom Valley, serving as a key link between the Olympic Sports Center area and Tianhe Wisdom City. The location is characterized by its proximity to industrial clusters, including high-tech enterprises and headquarters economies, as well as natural features such as Wangchen Ridge and Sun Lake.
