Their services cover various stages, including international transport contracting, temperature-controlled storage, and customs procedures. The division handles fresh, frozen, and dehydrated products, as well as dairy, meat, and seafood. Key offerings include the use of FCL reefer containers for temperature-sensitive maritime transport and multi-provider consolidation services to combine goods from different suppliers into a single refrigerated container.

For exporters, TIBA provides thermal control solutions and advisory services, while for importers, the company offers origin and destination quality control, regulatory guidance, and sanitary authorization management.
