Tibidabo hosts laser shows while Ferrol beaches receive ecological recognition

In Barcelona, the Tibidabo amusement park is hosting a 'Laser Show' throughout August. Held at the Plaça dels Somnis, the 25-minute spectacle synchronizes lasers, lights, and visual effects with popular music from artists such as Shakira and Aitana. The show runs from Wednesday to Sunday at 21:30, and a portion of the area is accessible for free to spectators wishing to view the lights and the city's panoramic night views.

In the Ferrol region of A Coruña, the Esmelle and San Xurxo beaches are highlighted as significant natural sites. Both are integrated into the Natura 2000 network and fall within the Costa Ártabra Ferrolterra – Valdoviño Special Area of Conservation and Special Protection Area for Birds. These coastal environments, characterized by dunes and wetlands, protect numerous endangered botanical and faunal species, including migratory birds and various seabirds. The beaches are noted for their excellent water quality and frequent Blue Flag certifications.
