Tides of Annihilation likely recasts lead voice actress

New gameplay footage for the upcoming action-adventure title ‘Tides of Annihilation’ suggests that Angela Sant’Albano, known for her role in ‘Resident Evil Requiem’, has replaced Jennifer English as the voice of the protagonist, Gwendolyn.

Jennifer English, recognized for her work in ‘Baldur’s Gate 3’, previously stepped down from the role due to health reasons. While Eclipse Glow Games has not yet issued an official announcement, the new demo features a different voice and an updated facial model for Gwendolyn. English is reportedly remaining involved with the project in a consulting capacity.

The game, which features a setting in a devastated London, is expected to showcase more details and potentially an official announcement during the Gamescom 2026 event. Developers have confirmed that a playable demo will be available for attendees.
