Tieri Nebil retains lead in Greece's Acropolis Rally as Sébastien Ogier narrows gap

Belgian driver Tieri Nebil (Hyundai) remains on top of the overall standings of the Acropolis Rally in Greece after the Saturday stages, holding a lead of just a few seconds over nine‑time world champion Sébastien Ogier (Toyota). Nebil posted the fastest time on the first special stage and kept the advantage, while Ogier set the quickest times on several stages and reduced the margin to 3.7 seconds.

For Sunday’s final day, the gap stands at about 4.1 seconds. The rally’s organisers shortened the "Γυμνό" stage by 4.5 km due to severe tyre wear and halted a later pass because spectators did not follow safety instructions. The remaining four stages – two "Άγιοι Θεόδωροι" and two "Λουτράκι" – total 84 km, with the last stage serving as the power stage that awards extra points to the five fastest crews.
