Tierra del Fuego allocates $3.9 billion for new ambulances

The Government of Tierra del Fuego has formalized an operation totaling approximately $3.97 billion to acquire twenty vehicles for the provincial healthcare system. The purchase includes 14 high-complexity ambulances, three 4x4 ambulatory modules, and three units adapted for people with reduced mobility.

According to Provincial Decree No. 1655/26, the contracts were awarded to the firms RYO Valle S. A. and Igarreta S. A. C. I. The funding for this acquisition will be drawn from the Fund for the Expansion of the Fueguian Productive Matrix (FAMP). This fund was originally established to finance productive projects, infrastructure, and new economic activities intended to reduce the province's dependence on the electronics industry.
