Tiesj Benoot Announces 2026 Autumn Racing Programme Including Renewi Tour and Tour of Guangxi

Belgian all‑rounder Tiesj Benoot outlined his race calendar for the second half of the 2026 season. He will begin the autumn block with the five‑day Renewi Tour in Belgium from 19 to 23 August, followed by the Bretagne Classic in Plouay, France.

After the French race, Benoot aims to compete in the WorldTour events in Québec and Montréal, Canada, which could serve as preparation for the 2026 Road World Championships slated for Montréal, pending his selection. He is also considering a season‑ending appearance at the Tour of Guangxi in China, which would be his final race of the year if he receives a World Championship berth.

Benoot, who made his debut for a French WorldTour team at the Tour of Switzerland earlier in the season, highlighted his recovery from a hernia operation and expressed optimism about gaining additional race days through his partnership with Decathlon and CMA CGM.
