Tiffany & Co. launches limited-edition Titanium Platinum Timer chronograph

Tiffany & Co. has released a second limited-edition version of its Timer chronograph, the Tiffany Timer Titanium Platinum. This new model is limited to 100 units and features a 40mm satin-brushed grade 5 titanium case paired with a platinum bezel.

Moving away from the bold Tiffany Blue dial of the previous 60-unit platinum edition, this version utilizes a dark blue sunray dial with subtle Tiffany Blue accents on the sub-dial markers, chronograph track, and date window. The timepiece is powered by a customized Zenith El Primero 400 movement, which offers a 50-hour power reserve.

A notable design element is the sapphire caseback, which reveals a hand-sculpted 18k yellow gold bird motif inspired by Jean Schlumberger’s ‘Bird on a Rock’ brooch. The release is part of the brand's efforts to highlight its horological history, dating back to its first chronograph in 1866, under the leadership of VP of Horlogerie Nicolas Beau following the company's acquisition by LVMH.
