Tiffany Haddish hosts Emmy Awards backstage celebration

Comedian Tiffany Haddish hosted a backstage celebration for winners at the 78th Emmy Awards in Los Angeles on Monday, September 14. Serving as an official sponsor, Raising Cane's provided food for various award recipients at the Peacock Theater.

Among the winners was Matthew Rhys, who made history by becoming the first performer to win two lead acting Emmys in the same year, earning Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for ‘Widow’s Bay’ and Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie for ‘The Beast in Me.’ Rhys also became the first performer to win lead acting awards across the comedy, drama, and limited series categories during his career.

Noah Wyle also celebrated a repeat victory for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for ‘The Pitt.’ During the event, Haddish spoke about the importance of vulnerability, stating that being open about life experiences helps people realize they are not alone in their struggles.
