Tiger Shroff sells Mumbai apartment for Rs 9 crore

Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has sold a residential apartment in the Khar West area of Mumbai for Rs 9 crore. The transaction, registered on October 22, 2026, involved a ninth-floor unit in the Rustomjee Paramount D Co-operative Housing Society.

The property features a carpet area of approximately 1,291 square feet, plus an exclusive area of 95.80 square feet, and includes two covered car parking spaces. Shroff originally purchased the apartment from Keystone Realtors Private Limited in July 2018 for approximately Rs 7.61 crore and took possession in November 2019.

This sale is part of a series of recent real estate transactions by the actor. In September 2025, Shroff sold another apartment in the same Rustomjee Paramount building for Rs 15.6 crore. Additionally, he reportedly sold a residential property in Hadapsar, Pune, for Rs 8.87 crore earlier in 2026.
