Tiger Woods potential golf comeback discussed by peers
Speculation regarding a competitive return for Tiger Woods has intensified following reports from golfer Kevin Kisner. According to Kisner, citing information from Woods’ business partner Rob McNamara, Woods may aim for a full schedule during the 2027 TGL season, with the Masters in April 2027 as a potential major goal.
Before the TGL season begins, Woods could participate in upcoming events such as the Hero World Challenge in December and the PNC Championship. Organizers of the PNC Championship have reportedly reserved a spot for Tiger and his son, Charlie Woods, should he be physically fit to compete. The tournament's scramble format and 36-hole structure are noted as options that could accommodate Woods' physical limitations.
While Woods has been seen practicing at Pebble Beach, he has not officially confirmed a timeline for his return to professional competition. His participation in the upcoming Hero World Challenge remains unconfirmed, as only three spots remain in the 20-player field.
