Tigre marks 26 years in Bolivia with sustainable water solutions

Tigre is marking 26 years of operations in Bolivia by implementing new sustainable hydrosanitary solutions and improving environmental efficiency. The company, which holds over a 50% market share in hydrosanitary solutions, has focused on reducing its ecological footprint through both operational changes and product innovation.

General Manager Juan Pablo Rubilar stated that the company reduced water consumption in its production processes by more than 30% during the last period by implementing internal water recirculation systems. Additionally, Tigre has developed a new, more sustainable formulation for its PVC pipes to reduce environmental impact while maintaining quality and resistance standards.

In alignment with World Water Week, the company is promoting products designed for higher conduction efficiency and lower leakage compared to traditional irrigation methods. These products are engineered for durability, resistance to extreme weather, and compatibility with modern technical irrigation systems.
