Tigrovi battalion members complete integration march

New members of the 1st Mechanized Battalion Tigrovi completed an integration march from Petrinja to Hrvatska Kostajnica. The group included soldiers from the first generation of basic military training who chose to pursue professional careers in the Croatian Army following their service in the TVO.

The march served as both a test of physical endurance and an opportunity to visit various sites and monuments related to the Homeland War. The route concluded at Čukur hill near Hrvatska Kostajnica, the site where war cameraman Gordan Lederer was killed. Upon arrival, the new members were presented with black berets and certificates of appreciation as symbols of their belonging to the unit.
