Authorities in Tijuana, Baja California, have arrested a man identified as David Eduardo “N”, also known as “Lalo”, for his alleged involvement in the forced disappearance of two individuals.

The arrest was carried out by the State Investigation Agency (AEI) through the Tijuana Missing Persons Search Unit. According to investigators, the incident dates back to October 30, 2025, when a victim left their home in the Urbi Villa del Prado residential area in a Jeep Commander, accompanied by a friend. Both individuals remain missing.

David Eduardo “N” was apprehended in the Urbi Villa del Prado neighborhood and has been placed at the disposal of a competent Control Judge to determine his legal status.
