Tijuana and Saltillo municipal governments advance urban and social initiatives

Municipal governments in Tijuana and Saltillo are implementing various urban and social initiatives. In Tijuana, Mayor Abdiel Gutiérrez Coronado has overseen several developments, including the appointment of Lorena Sillas Orozco as the new Director of Municipal Social Welfare (Bisom).
