Tijuana launches ‘Mujer al Frente’ platform for women in business
The business platform ‘Mujer al Frente’ (MAF) has been launched in Tijuana to strengthen female participation in the business sector. The initiative, led by Canacintra Tijuana, provides spaces for training, networking, and collaboration to support the economic development of Baja California.
During the launch, Melissa Pacheco Silveyra, president of the Economic Development, Tourism, and Border Affairs Commission of the Tijuana City Council, praised the project for fostering dialogue and professional growth. The platform was founded by Marina Guerrero, president of the Canacintra Tijuana Women's Commission, and is supported by leaders such as Alonso Ibarra. The initiative aims to empower female entrepreneurs through specialized content and institutional collaboration with organizations like CMIC and ASAMEXME.
