Tijuana Women Graduate Technical Courses, Advancing Economic Independence

Nine participants of the Center for Justice for Women (CEJUM) completed technical training at CECATI 114 in Tijuana. Eight finished the Medication Guide module, and six of them also earned a qualification in Computing. The ceremony featured remarks from CEJUM’s Director General Magdalena Bautista Ramírez and Empowerment Coordinator Daniela Azeneth Robles Rábago, who praised the graduates’ determination and pledged continued support.

CECATI director Leopoldo Cruz Molina highlighted how the new skills will strengthen the women’s professional prospects. The State Government of Baja California, led by Governor Marina del Pilar Ávila Olmeda, reaffirmed its commitment to foster female autonomy and economic security through such training programs.
