TikTok Shop expands partner program as U.S. sales surge
TikTokWiz, a social‑commerce consulting firm, has been accepted into the TikTok Shop Partner Program after its members generated over $6 million in attributed sales. The move comes as TikTok Shop’s U.S. gross merchandise value is projected to reach $15.8 billion in 2025, with the number of active shops rising from about 4,500 in mid‑2023 to roughly 475,000 by mid‑2025. Partner status gives TikTokWiz direct access to platform updates, technical resources and seller‑support tools, which the firm says will help its 600‑plus Inner Circle members adapt to rapid policy and algorithm changes.
Separately, TikTok Shop released a creator‑focused content guide on May 20, 2026. The guide outlines a three‑part video structure—a 3‑to‑6‑second product‑related hook, a middle key‑message segment, and a clear call‑to‑action—and outlines mandatory FTC disclosure requirements. It also describes four archetypal content styles, including personal product reviews and before‑and‑after demonstrations, to help creators produce shoppable videos that convert viewers into buyers.
