TikTok Shop launches in Poland, expanding social commerce across Europe

TikTok Shop began operating in Poland on 15 June 2026, adding the platform’s in‑app shopping feature to a market of more than 14 million users. The rollout coincides with launches in Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands, giving local merchants access to a European ecosystem of over 100 000 sellers and nearly 100 million shoppers.

The service partners with Polish logistics firm InPost, leveraging its network of 29 000 parcel lockers, and supports the popular BLIK payment method. TikTok says the launch is designed to help small and midsize enterprises reach younger consumers through live‑stream and short‑form video content. Modivo’s director of alternative sales channels Łukasz Traczyk described TikTok Shop as “a new medium that we all have to get to know, but already today it reaches many young people…”. InPost CEO Rafał Brzoska added, “InPost is the favourite brand of Polish consumers and a natural partner for any new entity wanting to appear in Polish e‑commerce.”
