Nigerian TikTok influencer Peller and his wife Jarvis received a ₦400 million mansion in Abuja’s Life Camp as a wedding gift from real‑estate magnate Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho. The gift was announced during a TikTok livestream on August 4, 2026, where King Ochacho described the property as “small money” for his family and hinted at larger future gifts.

Four days later, Peller celebrated King Ochacho’s son Ice King by presenting him with a brand‑new Toyota Camry, valued at about ₦37 million. The car giveaway was also streamed live on August 5, 2026, with Peller offering to mentor Ice King’s music career and being named the boy’s godfather. King Ochacho praised the gesture, welcoming Peller into his family.
