Til Schweiger returns to the spotlight via TV broadcasts

German actor, director, and producer Til Schweiger is returning to the spotlight as the television station Kabel Eins broadcasts his cult comedies “Keinohrhasen” (2007) and “Zweiohrküken” (2009).

Schweiger, 63, has had a relatively quiet period following health issues, but his influential career continues to be recognized. Known for his blend of humor, romance, and family stories, he rose to prominence in the 1990s with “Manta Manta” and has since become one of Germany’s most successful filmmakers. His daughter, Emma, also gained recognition through his work.
