Tilcara students visit historical sites in San Salvador de Jujuy
Students from various schools in Tilcara participated in a cultural tour of San Salvador de Jujuy as part of the XXII Encuentro y Festival del Niño Rural, titled “El latir de los Valles”.
The visiting students, representing communities including Abramayo, Loma Larga, Alonso, Yala de Monte Carmelo, Yaquispampa, Durazno, and Molulo, toured several significant locations, such as the Lola Mora Cultural Center, the Cabildo Histórico, and the Casa de Gobierno.
José María Albizo Cazón, the Secretary of State Deregulation and Multilevel Governance, and Tilcara Mayor Sonia Pérez highlighted the initiative as a collaborative effort to provide children and families with access to the province's history and cultural identity.
