Tilcara to host 3rd Argentine and International Congress of Neighborhood Entities

The 3rd Argentine and International Congress of Neighborhood Entities and Neighborhood Leaders is scheduled to take place in Tilcara, Jujuy, from October 2 to 4. The event aims to consolidate neighborhood structures and promote exchange between various communities.

A delegation representing neighborhood entities from Córdoba, Neuquén, and various locations in Jujuy recently met with the Minister of Finance and Treasury, Federico Cardozo, as part of the preparatory activities for the congress. Alicia Quispe, president of the Organizing Commission, stated that the goal is to foster unity among neighborhood leaders and create a space to exchange knowledge and articulate projects for community benefit.

Guillermo Robles, the Secretary of Tourism for the Municipality of Tilcara, noted that hosting the event is a significant recognition for the city and holds relevance for the Quebrada region and the province of Jujuy. The initiative aligns with provincial government policies focused on institutional strengthening and supporting grassroots organizations.
