Tim Raue launches new Berlin culinary book at TV Tower

Chef Tim Raue and Katharina Raue have presented their new joint book, ‘360° Berlin – 24 Stunden Hauptstadthunger’, at the Sphere Tim Raue restaurant located in the Berlin TV Tower (Berliner Fernsehturm).

The book uses the 207-meter height of the tower as its conceptual foundation. It is divided into six chapters, each representing a 60-degree view of the city, exploring different neighborhoods, people, and institutions that define the flavor of Berlin.

In addition to narrative elements and neighborhood routes, the book includes more than 70 recipes covering a full day of Berlin dining, ranging from appetizers and soups to main courses, desserts, and typical local snacks and drinks.
