TIM reinstates €100 Wi‑Fi Casa bonus and plans up to €3 mobile price hikes in September 2026

From 30 July 2026 TIM will re‑activate a €100 promotional discount for new customers who activate its TIM WiFi Casa fixed‑line services, including FTTC, FTTH and FWA 5G/4G lines. The discount will be applied as a €5 monthly reduction over the first 20 months of the contract and is available through TIM retail stores, with possible online extension.

Starting 2 September 2026 TIM will raise the monthly fee of selected rechargeable mobile offers by up to €2.99. Affected subscribers will receive a personalised message detailing the change. To mitigate the increase, TIM offers free extra data (50 GB per month) and a complimentary activation of its 5G Ultra service via SMS. Customers who do not accept the new terms can exercise their right of withdrawal until 2 October 2026 without penalty, either cancelling the line or switching operator.

These measures are presented by TIM as a response to “economic needs linked to changed market conditions”.
