Timetoact Group announces leadership transition and new CEO
The Timetoact Group has announced a major restructuring of its leadership team to drive its next phase of growth and AI-focused digital transformation.
Effective November 1, 2026, Frank Fuchs will assume the role of CEO. Fuchs, who has served on the management board for over five years as both COO and CFO, will lead the group under the 'Integrated Timetoact' initiative to consolidate digital and AI competencies.
Founder Felix Binsack, who has led the company operationally for 28 years since founding it in 1998, will transition to the role of Founder & Vice Chairman of the Board. In this capacity, Binsack will focus on long-term strategy and governance while remaining a shareholder.
