Timex releases $149 Retroware Digital watch, a retro‑style timepiece

Timex introduced the Retroware Digital watch at a price of $149. The 46 mm resin‑case model mimics the look of mid‑1980s digital sport watches with curved numerals, a quartz movement, chronograph, alarm, timer, calendar and Indiglo backlight. It offers 50 m water resistance, quick‑release spring bars for tool‑free strap changes, and is available in blue and grey‑green resin straps.

A separate review highlighted the Naval Watch produced by LOWERCASE. The stainless‑steel case measures 36 mm in diameter, features a quartz movement with a sweep‑second hand, and is water‑resistant to 5 atm. The watch comes with a thin three‑link metal bracelet that can be adjusted from about 21 cm to 16 cm by removing five links. It is marketed in Osaka and Ginza as an affordable option that provides a premium feel without a high price tag.
