Timișoara Municipal Hospital inspected by DNA prosecutors

Prosecutors from the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) Timișoara conducted inspections at the Timișoara Municipal Emergency Clinical Hospital on Wednesday. The investigation is reportedly linked to a case involving the alleged fraud of a contest organized in April of this year, where an unauthorized person may have accessed information to secure a position as a beginner general nurse.

Hospital management stated that the inspections did not disrupt medical activities. They confirmed that consultations, admissions, and other medical services continue to operate according to the usual schedule. The administration expressed its commitment to cooperating with investigators to clarify the matters under review and reaffirmed its adherence to professional standards and legislation.
