Timișoara residents report noise disturbances by Cârpaci clan

Residents on Beethoven Street in Timișoara have reported disturbances of public peace following a loud gathering in a central courtyard. According to a report submitted to the Timișoara Local Police, members of the Cârpaci clan allegedly gathered at a property on Beethoven Street, engaging in loud conversations that disturbed the neighborhood.

Local authorities were requested to intervene following the complaint on September 6, 2026. Under Romanian law regarding social coexistence, individuals found violating noise regulations during designated quiet hours may face fines ranging from 500 to 2,000 lei, depending on the specific circumstances and intensity of the noise.
